Our customers are the reason we even exist. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer service possible because we realize that 1 unhappy customer is the same as 100 unhappy customers. Excellent customer service equals satisfied customers; that is the formula for the main ingredient that helped build the foundation on which Coliseum Apparel stands. We will never forget that.
We set the bar very high for ourselves and our goal is to provide the highest quality end-result we possibly can. Webster’s definition of quality is “an intelligible feature by which a thing may be identified.” To us, the quality feature is the entire finished product, not just a part of it. Our products define our work and, in turn, define us. That’s why it has to be top quality.
Coliseum Apparel is dedicated to giving back to the community through contributions toward programs, organizations and individuals. We are thankful to be in a position to generously donate a portion of our income each year to non-profit initiatives. On the environmental side of the community, we recycle and reduce any waste when and where we can.
Coliseum Apparel can only provide the best quality and customer service if we operate as a team. A successful team, much like the legs on a centipede, moves in the same direction with the same goal in mind. What happens when a leg breaks? We don’t want to find out, so we strive to make sure all our team members are happy at Coliseum Apparel. We provide a challenging, fun, socially exciting and high-energy environment and we reward well for success. However, success cannot always be achieved without some degree of mistakes and failure; nobody is perfect. While other companies may punish for such setbacks, we look at them as opportunities for improvement followed by sensational results. As a former United States Marine, our Company President knows a little something about building a successful team!
Funding, sponsorship and in-kind support are available for a wide range of organizations, civic groups and institutions that promote the well-being of the communities within the regions we serve. Although requests should be submitted at least 60 days before your event or fulfillment deadline, we do welcome proposals at any time throughout the year and will review them on a continuous basis. All proposals are given careful consideration.
If you wish to apply please send an email to us and include your organization profile with contact information as well as a brief description of your initiative for review. Our community relations officer will contact you within three business days with further information.
